If your products arrive with a barcode that does not match the one registered in the software, there are two possible scenarios:
It’s a one-off situation because your supplier mistakenly labeled the products, but future shipments will have the usual barcode. In this case, we need to relabel the merchandise, which involves an additional cost.
You have permanently changed the barcode and forgot to notify us, or were unaware that there is an internal procedure for these cases. We explain it in this article.
In either case, you must inform our Customer Service team whether the barcode change is permanent or not, and if it is, follow the procedure indicated.
