There are two types of entries:
- FULFILLS THE CONDITIONS: Takes maximum 24/48 working hours to be available.
- DOES NOT MEET THE CONDITIONS and/or requires extra work: it may take up to 4 working days from the time it is identified. Not counting Mondays.
To send merchandise to the Beeping warehouse, you will first have to make a merchandise entry in your private area, before the goods arrive at the warehouse. You can see how to do it in this article.
What are the conditions/requirements for goods receipt?
To ensure that your goods receipt is quick and efficient, allowing us to load your stock in the shortest possible time, it is essential to comply with the following requirements.
Requirements for Goods Receipt
Mandatory Shipment Identification:
All boxes and/or pallets must have the reference number clearly visible on the outside (Example: PO2210-0129).
Penalty for Non-Compliance: Goods that are not correctly identified will incur an additional charge of €20 for incorrect receipt management.

Correct Fiscal Consignee:
The goods must be addressed under the name of the razón social (fiscal name) with which you are registered in our system. They will not be accepted under the commercial name of your store.
Prior Product Labeling:
Products must arrive pre-labeled with their barcode.
Labeling Surcharge: If the barcode is not included, a charge of €0.10 per product labeled will be applied (with a minimum charge of €25 per receipt).

Additional Packaging and Wrapping (If Applicable):
If an unlabeled product requires the use of an additional bag or box to attach the barcode, an extra cost for material will be applied.
Product Organization and Separation:
The goods must be correctly organized and separated inside their boxes.
Reordering Charge: If our personnel are required to reorder the merchandise, an additional cost of €25 per hour of operative work will be billed.
External Documentation (Delivery Note/Albarán):
The supplier must include the delivery note (albarán de entrega) taped to the exterior of the box or pallet.
Use of Transparent Film:
Pallets must be shipped wrapped in transparent film. Pallets or packages covered with black or any other colored film will not be accepted.
Pallet Dimensions:
Pallets must have a maximum height of 180cm and comply with the European format.
Multiple Barcodes:
If products have two barcodes, they must come separated (not next to each other) to ensure quick and efficient scanning. (See following image)

Deadlines and Consequences of Non-Compliance
Stock Availability (Standard Term):
Once the receipt complies with all the requirements, the merchandise will be available in your stock within an approximate period of up to 48 hours.
Delays Due to Extra Work:
If the receipt does not comply with the instructions and requires additional work (labeling, bagging, reordering, etc.), it will not be entered into the system until the corresponding work is completed.
Extra work can take up to 4 business days to finish, depending on the complexity and volume of work in the warehouse.
Receipt Management on Non-Operational Days:
Goods will not be entered on the first day after a public holiday, including Mondays, unless the receipt complies with all the requirements.
Impact of Non-Compliance:
Non-compliance with any of these requirements may generate significant delays in the availability of your stock and/or the application of economic surcharges (see detailed costs in the guidelines above).
Receipt Priority:
Goods receipts are processed in order of arrival. Goods that do not comply with the requirements will automatically move to the end of the waiting list, with no exceptions.
