Protect your shipments with our Kraft Bubble boxes and envelopes.
If you need to protect your products with additional packaging, you can add Kraft Bubble boxes or envelopes to your shipments. Follow these simple steps to ensure your orders arrive safely at their destination.
How to order your packaging material
- Submit your request via ticket: Tell us how many boxes or Bubble Kraft envelopes you need, using the corresponding reference number for each product (you can see the prices and references here).
- Billing and stock: Once we receive your request, we will process the information and issue an invoice, which you will see reflected directly in your wallet.
After Billing, the requested quantity of boxes or envelopes will be automatically added to your list of available products in your Beeping user. This way, the stock is ready to be used for your future orders.
In addition to packaging materials, you can also add flyers to your orders. Below we explain how to include any of these extras.
Link packaging or flyers to your orders
To ensure your orders are shipped with the requested packaging or personalized flyers, it is essential to add them to the order as an additional product. This guarantees service quality and allows you to maintain real-time stock control. Here’s how you can do it:

Create a product in Shopify called "packaging box" or "Flyer". This product will be the product that represents the packaging material or the personalized flyer.

Set up Shopify to automatically add the desired product to each order that requires this type of packaging or flyer. This ensures that the product is correctly transferred to Beeping.
For this, we will use the Releasit App in Shopify.
Select the product to which you want to add the protective packaging.
Connect the upsell to the product you have created in Shopify.Preselect the upsell in the checkout form.

In Beeping, create the same product to later link it to the product you just created in Shopify.
By following these steps, when we receive an order that requires packaging material or a flyer, it will automatically be added to the shipping preparation.
For flyers, it is very important that you include the product barcode in the design. If not, we will need to label it in Beeping, which incurs an additional cost.

📦 For Orders with PAID Payment Method
This method is recommended for advance payment and uses the CartBot application for automatic addition:
Step 1 – CartBot Setup
▶️ Go to Shopify → Apps → CartBot.
▶️ Click "CREATE BOT".
▶️ Set the rule as follows:

A. Bot Trigger: In the field "When a customer's cart includes:" select:
Any product: If you want to apply the box/item to all products.
Specific product (with variants): If you only want to apply it to certain products.
▶️ B. Then automatically add: Select the product you created (e.g., "Box / Packaging").
▶️ C. Obtain buyer consent: Uncheck this box to avoid the customer confirmation pop-up.
▶️ D. Save the changes made.
Step 2 – In-Store Testing and Verification
▶️ Simulate a purchase by browsing your store.
▶️ Add the target product to the cart.
▶️ Verify that the packaging product or flyer is added automatically and that no confirmation pop-up appears.
Step 3 – Final Confirmation
▶️ Complete a full test purchase.
▶️ Confirm that the packaging product or flyer appears correctly in the order summary and that the configured rule works as expected.
