How long does it take to receive my goods?
An entry that meets all conditions takes 24/48 working hours to be available.
An entry that does not meet the conditions and/or requires extra work may take up to 4 working days from the time it is identified.
What are the correct measurements for the entry of my merchandise?
Regarding permitted products, we do not handle products that require refrigeration or temperature control.
- The sum of all sides cannot exceed 240cm.
- No side must be larger than 120cm.
- Up to 25kg.
Is it important that products have a barcode?
Yes, products must be barcoded. If they do not come with a barcode, a supplement will be charged for the labeling. If the barcode does not meet the requirements to be valid, relabeling will be charged. For more information, check out the following article.
What happens if unidentified goods arrive at our warehouse?
If we receive goods or products without enough information to identify them, we’ll hold them in our facility for up to 30 days. During this time, please reach out to us so we can confirm the details and process the goods correctly.
If we don’t hear from you within that period, we’ll allow an extra 15 days as a grace period. After that, if there’s still no communication, we’ll unfortunately need to remove and dispose of the goods.
Whenever possible, we’ll always try to identify the shipment and notify you to prevent any loss.
