How does the COD order payment process work?
In Beeping we make daily payments. Once the cash on delivery order is delivered, in the next 24/48 hours the amount of the order is credited to the wallet as payment of orders.
When can I withdraw my wallet balance?
Daily balance withdrawals: You can request withdrawals from your balance to your bank account every day. Payments are made on the same day, provided that the following conditions are met:
- The request is made on a business day.
- It is requested before 3:00 p.m. (Madrid time) from Monday to Thursday.
- It is requested before 1:00 p.m. (Madrid time) on Fridays.
On what days are advance invoices issued?
On Monday a down payment invoice is issued, which includes: Every Monday of the week down payment invoices are issued with an estimated weekly shipping cost (3.60€ per order) + order preparation (1.70€ per order). These amounts are multiplied by the number of orders shipped the week prior to the Monday on which the invoice is issued and deducted from the wallet on the Beeping platform.
On the other hand, at the beginning of each month, the total final invoice for the previous month is issued. This shows the total and actual costs of shipping and handling for that month. The monthly invoice amount will be reduced by the advances paid during the month (weekly invoices).
Why? Because at the beginning of the month, the couriers issue Beeping the total sum and cost of all shipments and returns for each customer.
Example: (Monthly Invoice) - (The sum of the weekly invoices for the month) = Amount to be paid on the monthly invoice.
What are the available payment methods to receive my earnings?
Preferably by bank transfer to bank accounts with IBAN of the European Union to avoid commissions. However you can use other types of accounts as long as our system does not reject it. Please note that if it is an account in a currency other than Euro, we will not be responsible for the commissions generated by the bank.
